In order for TOSC to accomplish its mission to create and preserve an interconnected network of parks, trails, and open spaces, we depended upon a community of engaged citizens. Our efforts to create and sustain that community of engaged and knowledgeable citizens is led by our Community Engagement Coordinator, Allen Beauchamp. Allen draws upon his many years of advocacy work on behalf of the bicycling community and work in in southeast Colorado Springs. 

TOSC also engages committed citizens in its Advocacy Committee. This committee meets on a regular basis to help guide our advocacy efforts.
